The product is obtained from blackcurrants, which after pressing process the single strength juice is pasteurized, filtrated and concentrated in order to remove fixed amount of water and the aroma.
The taste − sour-sweet, typical for black currant juice, without strange flavors.
The smell − typical for specified juice, weakened by aroma separating, without strange fragrances (aroma).
Color − deep purple.
Clarity − clear liquid.
Packaging material:
Non-aseptic Bulk or plastic container or metal drum+foil bag.
Weight net:
25 kg, 30 kg, 250 kg or another one according to client’s request.
Consumer destiny:
Food product for general use during juices, nectars and drinks production.
For all consumers excepting children up to 3 years old.
