The product is obtained from red currants, which after pressing process the single strength juice is pasteurized, filtrated and concentrated in order to remove fixed amount of water and the aroma.
The taste − sour-sweet, typical for red currant juice, without strange flavors.
The smell − typical for specified juice, weakened by aroma separating, without strange fragrances.(aroma)
Color − dark red
Clarity − clear liquid
Packaging material:
Non-aseptic Bulk or plastic container or metal drum+foil bag.
Weight net:
25 kg, 30 kg, 250 kg or another according to client requirements.
Consumer destiny:
Food product for general use during juices, nectars and drinks production.
